Refund policy
Because our products are digital downloads, no physical item will be shipped.
All sales are final once the digital files have been delivered or downloaded. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, accidental purchases, or issues related to printing, sizing, color differences, or file compatibility after the files have been provided.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Files
If you receive the wrong file, are unable to access your download, or experience an issue with the file itself, please contact us at info@remnantco.ca within 7 days of purchase. We will be happy to help resolve the issue or provide a replacement file if needed.
Printing and Color Disclaimer
Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, printer, paper type, and print settings. We are not responsible for differences in color, cropping, or print quality caused by third-party printers or customer print settings.
Refunds
Refunds may only be considered if there is a technical issue with the digital file that cannot be resolved, or if the incorrect file was provided and a replacement cannot be supplied.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
